Fionn - Fion mac Cumhaill, Finn or Find mac Cumail or mac Umaill

Fion mac Cumhaill, earlier known as Finn or Find mac Cumail or mac Umaill. His name was later Anglecised to Finn McCool. Fionn/Finn was a nickname, his real name in the legends was Deimne. He was a Celtic mythological hunter/warrior. The Fenian cycle is a collection of stories about the exploits of  Fionn/Finn and his followers, the Fianna.
