Australia: The Land Where Time Began
Milly's Cave has produced the first known evidence of occupation by humans in inland Pilbara during the last glacial maximum. The stone artefacts found in Milly's Cave indicates that the inhabitants exploited a smaller area than they did after the LGM, though their land use didn't change substantially. It is believed the population probably remained fairly constant but they probably aggregated in smaller numbers.
